Really nice atmosphere, pleasant and attentive service and totally delicious food. The bacon wrapped dates, hush burger and gelato were all tasty and exciting to the palette. Decent wine selection too. It turns comfort food up up just a notch but is still nice for a casual bite.

Tonight we had our monthly dinner club, and Fire at Will was our pick. Everything was great - the food, ambiance, drinks, and the server (Andrew, I believe). However, I wouldn't recommend adding grilled salmon on your salad. I think the salmon was about 3 inches, and I really can't justify paying another $12 for such a small piece of fish.

What a gem we found! This place deserves way more attention and visitors than it gets. We were on a staycation in Paradise Valley and discovered Fire At Will tucked away in a strip mall — what a pleasant surprise! Great vibe, beautiful aesthetics, delicious food, and an amazing staff. Try the mac & cheese and the 75mm cocktail — both are fabulous!

I came here around 5:45pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy but we made a reservation. The service was amazing from the time we walked in and left. The food didn’t take long to come out and was delicious. He got the Hush Burger and I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich both with fries. He tried the Mr. Brownstone and I had 75mm cocktail. I would highly recommend this place! The whole experience was great!

Was looking for a new spot in the neighborhood and came across Fire at Will. The restaurant is tucked away in a plaza and has a very friendly neighborhood feeling when you walk in. The server was super friendly and walked us through the menu and his recommendations. We started with the croquettes which were absolutely delicious dipped in the harissa aioli. I would get these again in a heartbeat. The Hush Burger is 2 smash patties with caramelized onions and the restaurants special sauce. This burger was up there in my top 5 for burgers in the PHX area! The grilled ribeye with a loaded baked potato was the perfect combination to top off our dinner. Would recommend anyone in the area to try this spot for any special occasion or a fun weekend dinner!

Fire At Will is such a standout restaurant in the Paradise Valley neighborhood. They excel in service, the food is consistently satiating, it’s a cozy space, and their bar program is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant to any local or visitor coming through. The burger is a highlight on the menu and I think they do an amazing wedge salad as well. Don’t sleep on the Chicken Marsala! 10/10 always. We love Jordan at the bar, she’s the best.

My wife and I go to Fire at Will at least a few times a month — it’s our absolute favorite neighborhood spot in Scottsdale. It’s cozy, welcoming, and the servers are incredibly attentive (shoutout to Randi for always making sure we feel right at home and for keeping our drinks full). In terms of food & drinks, the burger at Fire at Will is hands down the best we’ve had in the valley…and we go out a lot—so even though the menu is extensive, make sure you try the burger and truffle fries . Also, the 75mm (one of their signature cocktails) will change your life…trust me. This spot is low key incredible.

Gorgeous atmosphere inside and they actually have great views of the mountains, which surprised us from the location. The cocktails were delicious and balanced, with a great selection. We wanted to try everything on the menu but the burgers really caught our eye and they didn’t disappoint. One of the best burgers we’ve had - love that they’re smash burger style. Their elevated entrees like the halibut looked yummy too - we can’t wait to be back. Also looked perfect for large groups - they had some larger tables already setup in the middle.
